Yotti’s Turkish Delight is made the “Traditional Turkish” way, using Cornstarch as the thickening agent. The finest ingredients are sourced to add to the Turkish Delight. The colourants used contain no tartrazine and no preservatives are added to the product.

The Low GI Turkish Delight is manufactured using Huletts Sugalite – “a diabetic and slimmer’s delight”. The GI of the Low GI/ Diabetic Turkish Delight is 34 (SD17) and has a fat percentage of 0.1%. The Low GI/Diabetic Turkish Delight is therefore Low GI and low fat and has been approved by GIFSA and Diabetes SA.

Yotti’s Turkish Delight can therefore carry both the green “GIFSA” logo and the “DIABETES SA” logo. It is Kosher (approved by the Beth Din of South Africa) and Halaal (approved by S.A.N.H.A.) This product is also suitable for Vegetarians as Cornstarch is used as the thickening agent. Yotti’s Turkish Delight has a range of pre-packed 275g boxes, which consist of 13 popular flavours.

Packaging

All the flavours come in a 275g box, which are packed 12 (4kg) or 24 (8kg) per pack. The kilogram boxes also come in all flavours, weight excluding is 4.2kg. Gift Tins weigh 250g and are packed 12 in a case. The weight is 7.5kg per case. The Carton Display Unit is packed with 60 small boxes. The dispay unit is packed flat in the case with the small boxes.
