TURKISH DELIGHT CRUSH

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 TBS tukmaria (or sabja) seeds
  • 6 cups cold milk
  • 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 3 TBS Yotti’s Turkish Delight Rose Syrup
  • Whipped cream for decoration

METHOD:

Soak the tukmaria seeds in water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and set aside; the seeds should be spongy in appearance. Pour the milk into a glass jug, then whisk in the ice cream. Stir in the Yotti’s Turkish Delight Rose Syrup and add the tukmaria seeds.

Pour into pretty glasses and add a dollop of cream to each. Serve with Yottis Turkish Delight.
