Turkish Delight rocky road biscuit cake

Ingredients:
2 x 200g blocks Cadbury premium baking chocolate
250g pack pascall pink and white marchmallows, only used half a pack for this recipe
200g of roasted unsalted peanuts
4 large cubes of YOTTI’S ROSE FLAVOUR TURKISH DELIGHT
200g pack of Arnotti’s double coat tim tam biscuits
 
Method:
Chop up chocolate into small squares and melt in microwave on low heat for 30
seconds at a time until melted. Chop up marshmallows, tim tam biscuits and Turkish
Delight into small pieces. Place chopped ingredients and peanuts into a bowl. Add
melted chocolate and mix through. Pour out onto tray lined with baking paper. Place into
refrigerator to set.
 
Ready to slice and eat in approximately 30 minutes.
